I like it but I think it would be cool if it had been done in the studio with a macro lens so you could capture more detail in the potato and it could have been more of a close up. The images work together since you kept the composition the same but the environment just doesn't fit the subject.
Haha I figured they were spontaneous but I just love giving critiques. Oh and these gave me an idea for a project so now you should go around telling people your work has inspired others :)
